The date of our Autumn meeting will take place in Novi Sad, Serbia on 11 and 12 November 2026. An educational day will be organized on 10 November. More information about this meeting will be communicated closer to date.  

The date of our first meeting of the year will take place in Munich, Germany on 27 and 28 January 2027. An educational day will be organized on 26 January. We will be hosted by our liaison member Fogra for this technical meeting. More information about this meeting will be communicated closer to date.  

The Annual General Meeting of the Ghent PDF Workgroup vzw will take place online on the third Wednesday of March, 17 March 2027. Theis online meeting highlights the progress, changes, and achievements of the Ghent Workgroup over the past year, including general financial and organizational updates for the Belgian non-profit.
