Office Document Specifications 2009: Overview

The Office Document Subcommittee developed these best practices, specifications, and setting files to enable Windows based Microsoft Office® users to quickly and reliably create print production ready PDF files.

The 2009 Specifications for Office Document Printing includes settings for Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 Service Pack 2 applications that support direct export of PDF or print to PDF creation tools like the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat® or Global Graphics Jaws PDF Creator®.
